Met Dynamics Models is a comprehensive library of unit operation process models, calculation tools and commonly used equations for mineral processing.

Users are able to quickly deploy models and methods usually only available in bespoke software packages, complex spreadsheets or as equations and algorithms in published media.

The model library covers the minerals value chain through comminution, classification and concentration stages. Simulate blasting, crushing, screening, grinding, flotation, gravity concentration, magnetic separation and more.

The underlying Met Dynamics Models engine powers two primary interface options: Microsoft Excel and the SysCAD process simulation platform.

SysCAD

The Met Dynamics Models SysCAD add-on brings the full suite of mineral processing operations to a single simulation platform.

Simulate the value chain from ore to final product at once, e.g. blasting, grinding, flotation to leaching/smelting.

Both steady-state and dynamic simulation modes are supported.
